Need Help on RE Amemiya AD GT Kit

Hi guys,

I just got the RE Amemiya AD GT Kit and I'm having some trouble understanding the instructions to the fuel door modification as i don't read Japanese.

I would greatly appreciate it if some one could please give me some pointers?
