Question need help, please.

i am trying to do the 99 spec tailight conv. i cant get the lens to seperate from the light housing. it seems to be siliconed in there. any suggestions on how to do this? any help would be appreciated. thanks.

use a blow dryer to heat up the silicon and it should pull apart.

if the blow dryer doesn't work see if a sharp razor blade will work..

A hair dryer may not be hot enough ,a heat gun is .

When using a heat gun, becareful of melting or warping your lights. Keep the gun in motion, if you see the lens starting to shine, it's getting too hot. Have fun!!

thanks for the help guys. btw the razorblade thing is not very fun, that is what i have been doing.
