Need Help making annimated logo for RioCar
I just got a cool RioCar for my new audio install, and I want to make and use a custom annimated logo for the unit.
My thought is that a logo with a turning rotary on the left side; and a leaning script RX-7(or FD3S ) with annimated contrails coming off it on the right... might be cool.
Otherwise, here are the restrictions of this annimated logo:
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can proceed to make this, what programs I should use to make it, and any links to any annimated parts of this logo?
Hope my questions made sense... Thanks for your help!

When drawing the animation, make sure you use the correct size and colors. The size is 128 pixels wide and 32 pixels high. The color palette is only four colors: White, black, and two shades of gray. The shades of gray are not common, and they are not the same shades of gray normally used when color-reducing an image. You must create a custom palette and use it exclusively when making your animation. The palette values for the four colors are 0 (black), 80 (dark gray), 96 (light gray), and 255 (white).
