My new exterior...... *Many Pics*
So then I got bored of the "old" Mazda emblems/badgings so I did a lil custom work to these new ones I bought from the dealer.
Front badge: $16
Rear badge : $15
3 coats of black paint and 3 coats of clear coat. They fit nicely and show off well, I think. I also painted my calipers gloss black which are now shinier than my rims.
I haven't seen one other RX-7 owner do this so I better not be seeing any copy cats now

I belive those two screws are to hold your Rotor in place. Probably the last owner/mechanic stipped the the + screw and didn't bother replacing them. Not really a worry cause when you mount you rim on the the amount of torque hold them in place. But its recommended that you put the scews back in.

No it's not Turbo'd
Those holes are filled on the other side by two Phillips head screws ( Easily Stripped and therefore need to use one of those hammer tourqe screwdriver things to remove )
The other smaller hole is to remain empty, when you replace the rotors, you sometimes have a hard time removing teh rotor from the hub, due to the metal rusing and fuseing to the hub.
When this happens all you can do is use a ballpeen hammer.... or insert a bolt into the hole, and apply pressure against the hub from the outside, the preferred method of removing the rotor from the hub.

Still undecided if I want to color in the MAZDA yet...... But red was one of my choices, either that or just sand it down and leave it silver, but that might not match.....

The front was repainted. Passenger side fender, and I think hood and front bumper....... The rest is original as far as I know.....

I sprayed the caliper with paint. The brand is Dupli-Color Engine Enamel Ceramic (Gloss Black) and the product # on the cap is DE1613. You can get it at just about any local car parts store and it costs around $3.99/can. Clear coat is optional. Good sanding material such as a power drill with sanding bits at the end is extremely helpful. It took us around 4hrs from start to finish with a lil ****** around here and there, including my emblems.
