Looking for seat brackets that sits lower

I am currently using the Bride super lo seat brackets and I think it sits too high. With helmet on, I can barely fit in the car and I am only 5'9. Who else make brackets that'll work with recaro SPGs?

thanks for mahjik. Have you, or anyone else, tried the memory fab bracket? Is it lower than stock? Fit?

I personally have a set of Memoryfab brackets mounted to a Recaro Profi SPG in my corolla and they do indeed sit lower than the stock. In fact they probably sit lower than any bracket out there short of bolting the seat directly to the floor.

FYI they have a few set in stock for the FD so you dont have to wait for them to ship from Japan.

It's lower than stock. However, I have no direct comparison with Bride's brackets. Considering you have Recaro's, $165 to try them out is nothing.

let us know, i have brides w fg rails, it is lower than stock for sure but with a helmet im like almost right up against my cage, i think i will have to take out the padding when i drive with it for a tad more headroom. its cozy otherwise thats for sure, but i kind of like it. just a bit much with a bulky helmet on

Nope, but you could make a cardboard mock up of what you need and then have them made at a machine shop for probably less than $100.

The reason the memoryfab brackets sit much lower is because they are one piece bracket/sliders. If you want only the bracket to bolt sliders onto than they'll almost definately sit much higher. But I believe Wedge Engineering sell something like that... I used to have their crap before switching to the memoryfab brackets.
