I think its been said to be the veilside lip pasted on a 99spec bumper. MB Autosport sells that bumper lip combo for 250 or so.

It is not a lip. It is a full bumper replacement. Go to www.mbautosports.com and search through the rx7 body kits. It is listed as a "feed style" bumper. Looks like **** IMO but is priced VERY low. Not sure about the quality.
