Looks good except for one thing....I think you should recoat it with "semi" gloss or mix two coats (one clear, the other matte) until you get a somewhat "flatter" cover.
Its a little too shiny making it somewhat cheap looking. Apart from that its a good color choice. Flakes aren't too big and thanks for not going with a loud color.

Thanks for all the compliments. I used Testors model spray paint. I actually painted the center console a year ago to see how it would hold up, it was very tuff paint.
I am not going to go into a whole write up on how I did it (there are many out there) but here is one tip: When removing the plastic **** off the panels, heat it up first. It comes off much easier.
I will post some more pics after I put it in the car.

Looks very nice! Though I do agree with the above post, a matte finish would look very nice.
