I always hear about people's FD's going in the body shop for this and that...but what if u were given the choice to paint it any color out there. What would you pic and why? I myself would go with a nice bright silver and white pearl. I like the way silver shines in the day and at night...some colors like Yellow tend to lose their shade when the sun goes down. What about you guys?

I like red and am having my FD painted VR again as we speak. However, I just saw a light purplr(really mild to the eyes) FD and I really like the color on the car. It fits w/ the lines perfectly. If I can, I will get a pic of it(I know where its at and pass by when I work).

What's wrong with Civics. They're great cars as long as you don't make an *** out of yourself and try to "tune" it. Can you say RICE. I would love to hava an SI as a beater when I get my FD.
BTW, the Diablo Millenium Roadster in that color is my DREAM CAR, and the Porsche GT2 in the Arctic Silver is second in line followed by my C4 and the FD.

I was at Mazda today and they had this weird lime green/yellow color miata it changed the colors as I walked by... not sure if it was just a dealer paint job or a real color but it looked interesting.

Depends what week you ask. This week i'd settle for the factory silver its being repainted in, but wasn't QUITE ready for this weekend :-(
Others:
Chevy puts a great midnight blue on C5s, the NSX spa yello is nice, and i've seen an FD this color, and the platinum silver on the original E46 M3 show car I saw at the BMW display at the Canadian GP a few years ago will knock your socks off.

dunno ... i really like the montego blue ... i just wish it had a little more blue than green. But i have no complaints. I really like the different color phases it has.
But i've always like the C5 blue ... it's a really nice color. Silver would be my next choice.

Chevrolet's "HUGGER ORANGE"
It's the best looking orange you'll ever see..it was around in he late 60's and early 70's on camaro, chevelle and nova.
Here are a couple of newer camaros painted that color
