How to remove track-brakedust from wheels?

Anyone have hints for removing track-hardened brakedust on wheels? This is especially difficult because of the high temp cycles. The wheels are SSR Competitions, so I cant just use aggressive eagle1 cleaner.
Thanks,
Max

I've let them soak for 20 min in the stuff from Maguires...
Tire Clean or something... sais it's real easy on the finish and never had troubble with SSR's....

Spray on, let sit for 20 min and start scrubbing

I've had wonderful success with a product called "Marine Clean". It's made by the same people who make POR-15. The stuff is an all-purpose cleaner but it'll cut grease, brake dust, almost anything.. It's not real cheap as you have ot buy it by the gallon, but it works well and that's all that matters, right?

ok don't flame me....

and I have never tried this...but I thought I remember reading that someone use to spray some PAM or something before, then right after the track event...go and spray the rims off with soap and water....and BLING....clean as new!
