How to polish ??

Does any one know how to do polish intake manifold ??
i m trying to do a polish by myself , just want to see what equipment i need ?? and how to ??

Yes, and when you start buffing. then you can kiss your sinuses good bye...You will be blowing out black snot for months. Honestly, if you just want to do it to say you did it...go for it and be sure you will be up to your neck in work...But if you just want it shiney, look up FD3Boost or rotorooter on this forum...I did several pieces of my engine bay and i can't say i would want to ever do it again.

Its all in the sanding...which you will be doing for some time. Do a good job there, and a smooth shine should follow if you apply the same amount of effort to the rest of the process.

RE13REW: You seriously should consider sending it out. Polishing is very labor intensive, especially if you don't have the proper materials and equipment. I guarantee that after 2-3 hours of sanding away and getting only marginal results, you'll wish you had the shop do it.
