Hah, it's not hard at all. I will teach you right now in 5 minutes.
Use the polygonal or whatever lasso tool that lets you select things in a customizble shape. Select whatever it is that you intend to change the color of, let's say that it is a car. Now copy it and paste it thus creating a new layer. With the new layer begin selecting things you don't wish to change the color of ie. Windshields lights license plates etc. Now with just the remaining body that is going to be changed go to Image, on the toolbar. (I think it is image, anyway look through the tool bar for Adjustment or Image Adjustment it is in the like 3 or 4th tab on the toolbar. Go down to Hue and Saturation, and in that menu twist to what you like. You can then change the Brightness and Contrast in another menu. After you are done you will have the color changed layer on top of your original background photo, thus changing the appearance. Save as a JPEG and voila you are done. It can be more complicated but that is a very simple method of doing it. You can even make home photos look sweet!

Man, just tried with some cheezy program on my work computer but couldn't do crap. If it's no trouble can you do the black one above in white and throw on some 57pro's on it from the pic below. Thanks in advance!
