I think they are great subs, but the Blue Print 1203 will equal or better it's performance in nearly every performance category for 199.00 rather than close to 500.00.

I was compareing the 1203 and the eclipse titanium. I noticed that the eclipse has a dual voice coil and the 1203 doesn't.

What are the advantages of a dual voice coil?

I have a while to decide so keep the suggestions coming.

DVC subs allow more wiring options.

What kind of advantages would I get from the more wiring options?

Well, with a DVC with two 4 ohm VCs, you could wire it to present a 2, 4 and 8 ohm ohm loads, whereas, a single VC only will present a 4 ohm load (or whatever its impedance is). The DVC just allows you to have some more options. If you choose the right amp/sub combo, the wiring options aren't really that important.

the bass cube only changes the freq of the bass so u can put the freq where your sub sounds best... does not amplify
