front splitter for the FD

is that a generic front splitter on the FD? or is that an FD specific one

I cant tell between the lines so see if thats just hte bumper or if the splitter is part of the bumper

Looks like 93 bumper, 99 spec lip, and id bet the splitter is home made. I could be wrong though
