I know its already been said, but heres another example of the petit fender flares. Its Les Wong's Endless sponsored FD. In the pic above, i think they just bolted the flares on. On Les's FD, he molded them in.
IMO, I think the flares look awesome. I saw his car at HIN a couple weeks ago, and the flares flowed perfectly with the lines of the car. If you got these, i'd say molding is the way to go.

There are a few widebody kits available, but they're ridiculously expensive to have installed on our car since you can't just take the rear body parts off, replace them with the new ones and paint them.
Pan Speed makes widened front fenders and rear flares that let you get away with huge wheels and tires- width and diameter, but you have to make cutouts on the body after the flares are fitted.

wow, thanx for all the posts, i forgot i posted this here, i couldn't find it
thanx though
another question:
what are the biggest wheels that i could stick on an FD, without it sticking out and/or rubbing?
i like the chrome rims, but i hear chrome is extremely heavy:

is there some company out there that makes shiny rims, (chrome alloy i think its called), but keeping them light weight for racing?

Here is a mint set that I got from my fiberglass guy

I know that the fit and finish of these are mint. I have a set and held them up to my 1st gen and they look sweet!! Also where you would attach it to your car, they have re=enforced it with more fiberglass so it will not crack!!
