If you can afford them, the factory RZ seats are good...

you don't need RZ's. Their are plenty of seats that are much cheaper that fit in the car and can hold you comfortably.

you obviously did read into it enough. hell, others almost your exact weight and height posted one after the other. here is a direct quote from the thread:

I'm 6'3" and about 230 so I hear you.

I have found two solutions that work(ed) for me.

Option one - Get some sparco torinos, or their knockoff seats on eBay. (I used DAD racing seats.) You will need to mod your rails, or buy others, but they are much more comfortable for the butt and particularly the thigh region for the big guys and give ya like 1-1.5" more headroom. Also they are recline-able. About the biggest seat that you can squeeze in there.

Option 2 - is the Recaro RZ seats as much as I hate to say it since they are so incredibly pricey. They fit big guys really well, are very comfortable, with easy ingress/egress vs. the Recaro SPGs.

Don't even try for the memoryfab, they are way too tight.

MemoryFab (and they also have their own rails):

Corbeau Forza (they too have their own rails):

Other seats that you'll have to adapt yourself to the stock rails or aftermarket rails (i.e. custom brackets):
