FD Heat Extractor Hoods

Any decent ones?

no rice, close to stock as possible, maybe a small cowl?

Underhood heats are insane and need to be brought down.

Search. Or check vendor sites for ones you might like.

The old Mazdaspeed style is very low key with nice venting from the intercooler/radiator area. Atihun makes very good quality replicas, do a search.

There are several hoods that vent a lot of heat -- Scoot, etc., but are way too "flashy" for me.

I've always been a fan of the look of FEED's "Aero Hood." Although I've never heard anything about how effective it is.

Thanks for the tips.

I did search, I always search, and it came back with a big ZIPPO...

I have a Fluke and some thermocouples, I'm going to take underhood temps and see where I stack up. I worry about cooking a coil or something like that.

I found the Mazdaspeed one, that looks good to me but did not find a price yet.
