If you have put subwoofers in the bins of a 2nd generation, post pics.

I would assume theres lots of you out there with this mod seeing as it gives plenty of room.

 

I'm actually in the process (slow process as I have lots of things I want to do with the car)

I'm trying to figure out how I want the carpet to work out, as I want it to be as clean as possible.

I'm also angling the subs towards the seats, meaning the carpet most likely won't fit...

don't do it you'll be setting yourself up for bad low end. Sub-par low end for your speaker set-up at best. Subs should be placed behind the rear strut towers for optimal sound.
