does anyone know how to remove the vent in the fd fender vent

im just wondering if anyone knows how to remove that plastic mesh in the fender vent??

you have to pull the fender off and there are a couple little screws in the back

NOOOO dont do that. I think there is more. I'll find out for you. I bought a fender vent from someone and he said its easy to take them off intact if you push in a tab or something.

i know how to take the vent off im wondering about the black plastic mesh inside the vent looks likes it has to be broken off and re glued

Well why don't you take the entire vent off then look at how you take the mesh off. I know mine are just dangling there. I think when I take off my passenger fender I'm going to take the plastic mesh off and replace it with some SS Mesh painted black.
