Demister Vents fitting

Anyone here installed the demister vents before? i bought them from mazdatrix but for some reason it wouldnt want to fit properly. help!! please someone!~

You remove the centre piece first by prying gently with a screwdriver on one of the side faces (It has 4 tabs, two on the left side & two on the right). The two main screen vents also pop out if you gently pry with a screwdriver on the edge closest to you. They can be very brittle, pry in 3 places per vent to remove or they may break.

Putting them back in strait forward. You literally place them in & push down.

What issue are you getting?

i place them in and pushed down but it would'nt click or stay down.. could this be cause because the dashboard has dried up or like warped or something?
