Converting Power Antenna to Shorty?
Sorry guys, I'm SURE this is on here, but I searched with no luck.
My power antenna stopped working and I've never had a power antenna that worked for any amount of time, so I'm inclined to convert my antenna to a manual.
I'm thinking a black shorty antenna would match the RX-7 nicely and look modern
Does anyone have a write up for this, or does anyone sell a kit?
Appreciate it guys, thanks.

I bought mine off of ebay. The installation was pretty straightforward. The hardest part is taking apart the interior plastic to get at the antenna, especially if you, like me, have a Bose snake in the back. Reception is definitely comparable to the stock antenna. Here's a couple pics.
