Not only is the paint impressive, the lines are perfect. Looks well maintained and accident free.

very very nice FD although I want to see more pics of the TA in your sig, I absolutely love the turbos hanging down in the fog light cutouts.

You should all know who's FD this is.

Well guys, seems like a contest is in order. I think this would be great! Seeing all the neat and well detailed cars. We will judge all entries and do elimination rounds until we get to #1, kinda like American Idol.

Now that I'm looking closer at this, those rotors are on backwards!

Rotors are fine on the red car. The leading edge of the curve veins goes through the brake pad first so if there is any gas build up, it shuffles out the trailing edge that goes toward the outer part of the rotor....when the car is moving forward.

The rotors in the work wheel are on backwards. That should be on the passenger side. All this is according to the fact that most factory Porsche brake rotors rotate like the ones in the red car. The pic below shows the driver side front rotor on a 911. Notice as the car rolls forward, like the red RX-7, the holes closest to the hub pass into the brake pad area first...like the red RX-7's does. The work wheel pictured above has the outer part of the slot in the rotor hitting the brake pad first.

Negative the rotor on the work wheel is correct. They are Racing Brake rotors and have the direction stamped right on them.

My guess was it was Gene's - rx7rage.

I guess different brake manufacturer's have differing opinions on what they think is best. Looking at stoptech, their slotted rotors are set up like racing brake as well. I'll have to ask what some of the track junkies think.

I'd be curious to know as well, but in the end my guess is the difference is negligible.
