I know a company called Final Konnexion in Japan makes those. I saw them in numerous Option magazines, as well as in the #91 issue of Hyper rev for the FD. I would say contact Jason from JT-imports, or one of our JDM parts guys on the forum.

I've personally just ordered some 99 spec light adaptors from Jason, and he answers emails promptly when he gets them, and keeps you in the loop. I am definately ordering from him again. Great guy if you need some nudging to order from him.
