Anyone that likes sleepy eyes / controling their popups - check this out

So I'm kind of a fan of the sleepy eyes look. I like being able to choose how high my lights go, and I like being able to switch back to full height easily for night driving.

I've made several variable headlight controllers for the 3000GT/Stealth community. The motors/wiring are basically the same on Mazdas, so I'm pretty sure it would work the same on any year RX7.

(Pivot used to make a unit like this that retailed for over $100. They have been out of business for years and the controllers are becoming hard to find.)

The controller can be wired to interrupt the up motion or down motion of the headlights. I've also been thinking about including a toggle switch that allows for full control of the motor. You can bump the toggle up or down to control the height regardless of whether or not the lights are on. You will be able to switch back to stock too.

So the question is... do you think there is a market for headlight controllers in the RX7 community? Is anyone interesting in trying one out?

Here's a video from a couple years ago - the focus of the video is my pop-up HIDs, but if you FF towards the end you can see the controller in action.

I would be interested in something like this.

I am interested in a set up like:
https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.php?postid=2805888

closed to stock flush position, but opens ever so slightly.

Though that was built buy changing the mechanics so the headlights never return to full stock without re-installing original hardware. An electronic solution may be better, especially if the height is EASILY adjustable.
