Rotary Extreme has a polyurethane version, but I think they're out of business for now.
Pettit has a fiberglass version.
There's a few replicas on Ebay as well, so you can check there as well.
Quality depends on each one I think. People have had problems with the RE version. I personally have the RE one, and the fitment is pretty good. Others have had horrible fitment though. And I'm not too sure about the others.
Lights. You can get anywhere. Authentic's will run you 300-400. Replicas you can get on Ebay or anywhere for less than 200 (but make sure you change the bulb or else it'll melt. experienced it first hand).

yeah i knew Chuck had some. is the fiberglass a lot heavier than the poly?
Is there a quality issue on the replica lights? did you just drop the wattage?

Pettit's fiberglass 99 spec front end is very nice and the ftiment is superb. Check out my vbGarage for pics. I think it cost me $500 including paint and installation. Beside running into my garage wall once and having to repair the chip, it's been very good.
