99 Front bumper w/ Feed fenders (F&R)

SO I've scoured the pic threads with no success in finding this combination. Has anyone seen this anywhere. It may be a bit unorthodox with such a calm front bumper with the aggressive lines of the Feed sides, the thought crossed my mind and now I want to see if anyone has done it.

that combo is siiik for sure. I was tempted to go that route, BUT i roll by the go big or go home home philosophy. The feed rear flares only provide maybe an inch to 1.5" of additional tire clearance. Thats if you cut the OEM 1/4 panel and weld up a strip of sheet metal to bridge the gap to allow clearace for the wider wheels/tires and still maintain structure. (im assuming)
The feed rears are super clean dont get me wrong, but when i built my car i went with the pettit flares, which allows for more space than i know how to deal with. Yes they resemble bushwhackers, BUT i currently have 315/35-17 BFG drag radials with alot of room to spare on either side. Some fashion,,, but a metric **** ton of function. I can stuff a 28x10.5-15 slick in her with no worries. I mean it is a Ls1 with a 88mm turbo in a 2300lb car. Yes i said a 2300lb ls1/turbo Fd3s... 4 corner scales, pics soon to come...

Cliff notes, its all about your goals. Style? fatty meats? traction? Not to mention bodywork time and more time making sure you went to the right bodyshop... I have sprayed/bodyworked everything i own for the last 9ish years,,, and real talk. I almost opted to not run the pettit flares because they were sooo misconfigured... With that being said, i can imagie the feed copies/real are going to require hella time to make em right. I wish my camera memory stick didnt fail on me, i would show the step by step process of my flares. Which totalled 90-ish hours of body work to make them function and look legit excluding color/clear time. Remember, $700/ish for fiberglass panels really translates into triple or more $ installed. Im not even gonna mention paint because the entire chassis has to be shot... This is why i became awesome at paint/bodywork. I dont end up blowin 5k+ to pay some shop to lay paint only to disappoint me...

-end real talk draunkz rant-

Soo if you get legit feed 1/4s or copies,,, be ready to shell hella coin to get it done right or i hope youre a savage like myself when it comes to bodywork!

Thanks for the insight, I would like to see pics of your set up. I have a friend at a body shop whom will be sponsoring me and I'm trying to get an idea of what I would like my exterior to look like. I primarily autox my FD so I won't be needing wide rear wheels, also I'm sticking with the sequential twin setup because it has better response for auto x conditions. It seems anything you do with the FD is expensive except small cosmetic things but sometimes even those can get expensive. But please post some pics when you have the chance.

I'm doing the same thing you are.
I bought 2 front, one oem, one ED urethane copy.
Going to see the difference on fitment then decide which to run.
I can't stand the fender vents so I pickup shine fenders, then I decided it would look off without anything for the rear as well.
Since I know Ken for a long time he gave me a deal on the sideskirts as well.
I was hoping the Ss would be more aggressive instead of so narrow.
We shall see when it's done.
