Im shopping for a hopefully 89-91, altho really any second gen rx7. Anyways, im hoping to get one cheap enough (and hopefully one in need of a paintjob) to justify painting the car a new color (I think those cars would look badass some bright orange color, but thats just me)... anyways, i figure as long as im thinking about painting it, i might as well look into a body kit. What ones do you guys like, im sure everyone has a different one, but im really just looking to see any that i may have missed looking around the internet.

Im actually really fond of the bomex kit for the 2nd gens, see it here http://www.bomexaero.com/bomexusa.html . I really like how rounded it makes the car look, but you can't tell how well it flows just cuz it looks like all the pics they have are photoshopped... Anyone know anything about this kit at all? I don't even know what its made of. I hear polyurithane is better than fiberglass for body kits, the fiberglass is supposedly to fragile. Would really appreciate the info, thanks guys ;D

 

my fav 2nd gen kit is the GP SPorts one. Its ****** badass. Im not sure if its costly or not.....it just looks cool. you can see it at Gpsports-na.com

and here is another nose piece one of my friends picked up for his car. update the look of your 2nd gen to the 99 spec without doing extensive bodyworks . its the GTC nose for the second gen.
