We need to remember this body is for the track, not the road. So looks arent important.

That is totally true, but the possibility that MAZDASpEEDEr will actually use this car for the track is likely to none. He doesn't even have the car yet.

But yes, if one were to use this kit for a track car, then it would be completely understandable, and looks wouldnt matter, but the car would most likely be a street car.

I know. Im just pointing that out. I doubt this kid will even purchase and maintain the 7 anyway. I had a hard enough time finding mine and keeping it up.

It really is quite pathetic what a "trend" and "hype" can do to a great product like the Rx7.

Have anybody who wants to kit an Rx7 ever seen a stock one in person? Or even a stock one lowered on tastefull rims perhaps?

I mean come on, they are so beautiful stock (Or JDM-Stock). Any loud kit and such will get old, and it's just tasteless.

I will NEVER understand how certain music, cars, trends ever get popular. I mean, it had to at least start with ONE cool guy liking one of these things right? But how could ANYONE? They are so poor and tacky and stupid, I can't believe that a LARGE amount of people do this!

I wish I had a LOT of money, I'd buy a ton of Rx7's and distribute them to justified owners.

But what the heck, I just found a mint one for myself that comes in 2 weeks and at least she'll be saved from a quick blown rotor.

Heh, well, when I purchased my body, I bought something that Ive never seen and that no one has. Atleast no one talks about it. I bought the INGS N-Spec complete body. Great style, not overdone.
All of which is stolen right off my car now...
But I understand where you are coming from.

Yea, it's not to say every body kit is nasty, but for the most part, almost EVERY kit ruins lines or looks "pasted" on top of the car and not "welded" in (I know you can mold kits but the lines it gives at its end aren't always fluent)

I just know that like anything else, it can get old. Being original and beautiful will never fade IMO. I couldn't believe how awesome the FD I am buying looked at stock ride height, with no wing, on stock rims, cruising out to take a drive...I have it on video...and can't wait to get it next week...ugh!

Its not for race applications only, but thats what the kit was meant for. It was made by Amemiya for the JGTC, atleast thats what i think.
