2+2 Conversion parts

Anyone know where the heck I can find an S4 back seat and belts? I found a decent 86 S4 "This is a very rare "sports" (only 250 produced and imported from Australia) model"

1986 Mazda RX-7

Problem is, I am separating from my wife and have to get a ride with a back seat for the kiddos. I'd really like to pick this up, but it all depends if I can find a back seat w/belts to convert it to a 2+2.

Otherwise, I found this one, but it is a long ways away from me. 1 owner, OEM rebuild motor with less than 300 miles, new clutch, etc... but it is an actual 2+2.

1987 Mazda RX-7, $3,995 - Cars.com

Is it worth even trying to track down the parts?

Post up a WTB in the Wanted section or the Sec gen parts section.
No Offence, haha!, but those rear seat borders on "Child abuse"!..they are Small!
I'd grow up wondering what I ever did to Daddy to get put in one!

That is one of the funniest ads I have ever seen. The car, the "mods" and the desription. I would recommend a pass on this one simply from the fact that the seller is talking out his *** and what he is saying is fantasy.

As for finding back seats, just throw a WTB add up in the 2nd gen parts section here. Also throw an add up on you local CL. Shouldn't take long to find what you are looking for.

Most FC owners can't even GIVE away their rear seats unless they are black, I speak from personal experience. Search our classifieds section and you should find a complete set for little above the cost of shipping. If you're not too picky about color, you'll probably find a blue rear seat set or five for free.

On a related note, I've discovered a rather odd quirk about the FC in general from my studies of VIN Number and Configurations. Every S4 N/A that is painted Noble White (paint code "WY"), has a blue interior (most common interior color AFAIK) and is a GXL is almost always is a 2+2 from the factory. Not sure why, but I've yet to see an all-original 2-seater Noble White S4 GXL with a blue interior. On my S4 GXL, I couldn't find blue storage bins because of this quirk, so the car got black ones (at a fire-sale price) instead as the first part of redoing the whole interior.
