How long does it take to post a thread? Before I can post a FS thread? Please read!!!

As long as your posts are relevant to the topic then they will not be deleted. Normally, a new thread will be approved within 24 hours. Sometimes, however it takes longer from people taking vacations, etc. and the amount of help is diminished.

You need 3 legit posts to start using PM's.
You need 5 legit posts to start replying in any section of the website except for the ones seen in the Lounge..
You need ten legit posts before you can buy or sell on this website. All of that activity of buying or selling must take place on a Classifieds board and it is highly recommended that you reply in the threads themselves as opposed to PM's or using outside-of-the-Forum lines of communication.
This bears repeating:
Also, at that ten legit posts, you will finally be allowed to participate in the flailings of innocents in the Lounge, although it is far more likely you will leave there crying instead. I stay away from that place myself and I'm a SuperModerator.

Approval/release of a FS/WTT, Part Out or an ad created in the Parts Wanted board can be as short as two seconds or as long as TWO DAYS. It all depends on the available manpower, the racing schedule of some of the mods and, of course, the day job. Patience is a virtue.
