Forum App.

Is there any IPhone native forum app out there that works with Rx7 club.com? I bought a couple apps that were Vbulletin native & there & nada one is connected with the club site . If there is one, please point me & others in the right direction.

i once saw an iphone app thats like a forum "tracker" or something, it costs like 2.99. im not sure if you can just add the forums to the app or whatnot, but it didnt have the greatest rating so im just waiting to see if theres an actual app for the forum itself.

Well, it IS a VBulletin forum...

Try > VBulletin App store

Not saying THIS one works, but it's a place to start the hunt... Don't look for iPhone apps, look for VBUlletin apps.

Since I've written a few APIs for sites and companies, I figure it isn't like there isn't enough interest to write one....

Minus the fact that there're several on the VBulletin site

Android: BBfoc 2.0

Android and iPhone:TapaTalk

BlackBerry: BerryBlab

This was kind of a cursory search, but I did pull these up.

I think TapaTalk requires the board to have the TaT plugin, but i can't verify; perhaps an admin would like to chime in, on this one? I mean, the pulig-in IS free.

My bad; I lost my 'Stupid' phone (the antithesis of a 'Smart' phone) on X-mas eve, so I can't personally VOUCH for any of the apps, at this point.

From what I've read, the TapaTalk app is the most widely used, but requires the forum admin to D/L and install the TaT plug-in for VBulletin.

As a webmaster and manager of a couple sites that use various forums, I can only assume that it posts a server-side code and the client-side enacts it, on said mobile.

My main board is 'ProBoards' and it has a native 'mobile' mode, per one of the recent patches/ updates. It links you to the main site, to the link to DL th iPhone app.

I'm kind of surprised VB doesn't have the same. ?
