Problem sending a pm

Not sure if the other forum member disabled something accidentally but we were having a brief discussion via private message but now I get an error when I try to respond.

Can a mod/admin contact him for me. I tried using the email option as well.

I will try to send a test PM to him. I checked his settings and he does have PMs turned on. What I did find is that instead or a normal user group, his group is listed as the "users awaiting email confirmation". My guess is this is what is messing up his PM abilities. This might be a forum glitch or I have seen similar when someone joins the site through facebook instead of the usual way.

Edit: Looks like I can't PM him either. If he does email you back, have him get in contact with us so we can fix his account. I'll try to shoot him an email as well.

Kel responded to the original thread that I linked above. I have let him know he can contact you regarding his account.

Thanks. I did send him an email about you trying to contact him via his resgistration email address using my personal email. I also could not email him using the site's email function. Hopefully, we can get it fixed.
