I would start with the following:

1. Do you have RPM at crank? If not you will need to check your sensors/triggering
2. Have you verified that you have spark at crank?
3. What are your triggering setting?
4. Do you have fuel pressure?
5 What base map are you using? There are some in the stickied threads above that you could start from.

For the fans it sounds like you need to invert the output for the relay.

Check that the 12V+ trigger for the fan relay is switched. The ECU dumps the output to ground when it switches off. If you have the 12V+ side of the relay trigger run directly to a constant hot source the fan will come on when the key is switched off.

well i have no spark in my LS-1 coils, getting the 12v switched from the pink wire coming from the platinum ecu, i wire the coils acordingly, if is a diferent route for them? i use the haltech diagram from Haltech (they send it)? any ideas.

also if you guys remember the fd3s.net haltech install page, for the tach signal, they conect together, 1H (Light Green) to 2B (Yellow/Blue) on the stock car harness, splice those together, do i need to spice those two wires to the ECU PMW1?

i'm using pmw1 to run the fans and pmw3 for the a/c

Haltech diagram should work for the LS1 coils
Unless it has been fixed the LS1 diagram is incorrect for the wiring on the timing sensors, that is worth looking into.

use DPO1 for the tach and wire it to 2B, leave 1H alone

"use DPO1 for the tach and wire it to 2B, leave 1H alone"

i will fix this tomorrow, i link those two together following old instructions, already looking into the diagrams from Haltech again, will post the outcome soon

so DPOI for the tach and i run the fans with DPO2? wild guess

or do i need to run a separate ignition set up with the haltech, i'm using ls1 coils, remove the stock igniter, have the wires from the haltech straight to the coils, with their respective set up of course, any ideas

TX

this is all the diagrams that i used plus some notes/asking etc...

- Tach to DP01 (wire 2B y/l on harness)
- Fans to DP02 (wire 3D on harness)
- A/C to DP03 (jumped 1L and 1E then conect DP03 to the white jumped wire behind the glove box, yes i cut the jumper first)
- Orange wire to fuel pump and ground the fuel pump to chasis
- Ignition (CAS):
Trigger + and Trigger -
Home + and home -
- AVI1 to 1M (road speed)

the RPM fluctuate from 150-189 and injectors are at 5 when cranking up and down a bit

As I posted earlier the wiring diagram for the crank sensors is backwards, it shows +/- when it should be -/+. That wont be your problem for not starting but it will cause problems later.

Get a helper to visually confirm spark at crank

I might even go as far as pulling the fuel rail to confirm fuel if nothing else works.

What trigger angle and offset are you using?

Have you compression tested the motor?

Make sure all the wiring is correct and call me, Ill help you out. Check the trigger and ignition settings on your base map, I had settings issues but thanks to C.Ludwig I was able to tune it up.
