1 - Depends on your proficiency and what route you choose for installation. There are plug-in harnesses available for the S4, S5, and S6 cars. These connect the ECU to the stock wiring, making installation all but plug and play. The downside of using this method is that it limits functionality of the ECU to the configuration of the harness. You're also relying on the old, probably dry-rotted and suspect stock wiring.

I prefer doing a complete rewire. For this you need to be proficient in automotive wiring and electrical systems. More problems are created during the installation by people who have no business trying to wire a car than any other single source. Haltech does offer a replacement harness option, which is a plug-in replacement for the stock engine loom. We also offer something similar with more options.

2 - With the BNR stage 2 you're probably looking at around 300 rwhp.

3 - See above.

You can buy the "kit" in any form you like. With a flying lead (unterminated, raw harness), patch loom, Haltech replacement harness, or a custom replacement harness.

Price should be discussed off the forum. And yes, we can supply whatever you need for installation.

The stock S5 TPS works great. The S4 works, but it's not a full range sensor. It works well enough to function with the Haltech in most scenarios. If you want to upgrade the S4 I recommend the S5 sensor and throttle body versus trying to fit a different TPS to the S4 throttle body.

The CAS and coils can be used. The MAF is not used and can be deleted all together.

We always recommend using the Haltech intake air temp and coolant temp sensors. We can supply a direct replacement coolant temp sensor that bolts in place of the stock sensor in the back of the water pump. That leaves only the intake air temp sensor to be fitted. It's easy enough to fit them to the stock location in the throttle body elbow by drilling and tapping the stock location for the NPT or metric sensor.

when I installed my PS1000, I got the jumper harness to make it plug n play.... there were still some things you have to do...

1-on the MAF wiring with an s4 car anyway, if the MAF flapper door isnt open (engine cranking or engine running, there is no activation of the fuel pump relay...
-cut and splice the 2 wires together for the door open switch for the MAF (i did this right at
the plug, but then re-wired my fuel pump all together later.

I thought there was more, but thats the only thing thats really jumping out at me...I put mine in about a year ago.

As for the TPS.... I have a custom UIM with a 90mm ford style TB and TPS. I never messed with the S4 tps.
