Haltech S3 Sensor

Has anyone ever used the Haltech S3 sensor ? I notice in this forum a lot of people are having noise issues, that is about the only real big issue ?
I understand a lot of people dont want to spend the extra US$100.00 for the sensor but do you realise it would fix all the problems quickly easily and reliably.
surely paying this would be better than sending the units back to Oz ?

I wonder if one of your US workshops would make up the disk to simply sit in the distributer and some small bracket to mount the sensor ?
No noise issues, bad battery voltage, no worries, poor grounds ? no problems.

What do you guys think ? would there be a market ?

I have thought of a similair solution but have not had the need to do it yet. I think eliminating the CAs all together would be better. Adding the disk with magnets to the eshaft and making a bracket to hold the sensor. It would eliminate most of the noise issues. I have not had many problems with the CAS and it is easier to install for sure.
