I used the live chat on Haltech's site and they said 30-90 days (from about 2 weeks ago). I wouldn't hold my breath though. Products like this rarely release when expected.

Was told last week we may see a Beta in a couple weeks. Heard the same thing a couple months ago. It will happen but everyone in Australia seems to works at a little different pace than here in the states. Haltech has done a good job the last several years of releasing good products that are relatively bug free. So the extra time until release is being well spent if the product launches well.

As far as features and pricing, the AEM Infinity is one of the market bogeys. So expect similar features and pricing. Does the Infinity support split timing yet?

I've been trying to find that out too, and haven't heard a definitive "Yes," so i'm going to assume it does not.

I asked the Sales Support Live Chat on haltech.com just now and got this reply:

We are in the final stages of testing. We expect public release in the next 6-8 weeks.

The new software allows direct import of Sport and Pro maps. I've been playing with it for a couple weeks now and it's good stuff. It's a lot like the Pro software in many of the functions but there are some more advanced options. There is much more latitude given for the user to define optional sensors and functions based on those sensors.

Price has still not been given to the dealers. I was told we would be told a couple weeks before the launch. So figured end of this month.

I have been told that there is limited support (if any) for rotary's in the Elite ECU? Does anyone know if this is the case?

AFIK, It will have full rotary support, which is basically just split timing.

This is true. The initial release will not have split timing. It will be included in the first firmware update which will come around 6 weeks after initial launch. The rotary market is very important to Haltech and the support will come.

HT-151300 Elite 2500 (DBW) - ECU Only (includes USB Software Key and USB programming cable) MSRP $2195 USD

HT-151301 Elite 2500 (DBW) - 1.2m (4 ft) Basic Universal Wiring Harness Kit (no relays or fuses) - (includes USB Software Key and USB programming cable) MSRP $2345 USD

HT-151304 Elite 2500 (DBW) - 2.5m (8 ft) Premium Universal Wiring Harness Kit - with firewall grommet, moulded 6 power circuit Haltech fuse box & lid. Includes 4 relays & 7 fuses. - (includes USB Software Key and USB programming cable) MSRP $2495 USD

Street price will be lower. I don't have Haltech's Minimum Advertised Price yet or our cost either, so I can't make a call on what the street price will be. Should have that info later today. When the time comes, drop me a PM and we'll get you taken care of. FWIW, current MSRP of the Sport 2000 long flying lead kit is $2177. So the Elite should be street priced right at $300 over what the Sport 2000 was selling for.
