COUNT ME IN TOO !!!

Count me in too !!

I need one a.s.a.p

I am on the big list and I live in Trinidad. Problem is, I am leaving for Brazil in about 5 hours and won't be back until December 10th. If you are getting the units from Jason then there is no problem, he's presently filling out an order for a bunch of other things for me right now. I will also send off an e-mail to Jason telling him about the GB and if he's going to do it, he can count me in too...but if you guys are getting the E6K's from someone else, please count me in and someone please send me an e-mail with an update. My email address is richardh@carib-link.net

Send the e-mail to this richardh@carib-link.net because sometimes when my twinturboRX7R1@hotmail.com inbox is full, they delete stuff and I may not get the message while in Brazil ..but the above e-mail address is my ISP in Trinidad.

I am not sure if I'll be able to confirm with you guys right away ..well..while I am in Brazil as I do not know if I'll have an internet connection but COUNT ME IN !!

These GB usually take at least a month to go through so hopefully I'll be back home and back online to check with you guys on it...that is if I can't get online while in Brazil.

After the E6K GB lets >>

I say after this GB on the E6K's lets do one for T-78's and then one for the new GReddy 3-row FMIC's !!!!

or can we lump all 3 of these items into one GB ?!?!?!

Any takers ??

Whoa, whoa, whoa...now we're talkin.

Looks like we got about 10 now. Well, here's an update. I think I found who we should go with. Rob Golden from Pineapple Racing in Portland, OR. I'm aiming for a little under $1100 for EVERYTHING. Fully terminated harness, 3-bar MAP sensor, and 4-wire O2 sensor...oh, and the ECU I'll know for sure tomorrow. Not to mention he offers tech support.

As far as those who need it NOW...absolutely nobody I have talked to could ship more than 5 within 10 days. I've got the feeling two weeks is more realistic. And thats AFTER we get them the $$$. But I think we could all sacrifice a couple days for a $400 savings.

If you guys don't mind...I would like everyone who is 100% without a doubt will not back out have cash in hand ready to purchase to shoot me an email. bradlymjensen@hotmail.com

PFC is just plug in and go it is better for stock turbos. Haltech is more designed for people with single turbos and BIG injectors etc... also has to be custom installed not a bolt in.

it's wierd how Haltech USA <------- like to keep there stuff exclusive
and don't like dealers under cutting each other

You know if you was to buy this is AUS it would be $300 cheaper
with no GB needed
Atkins sells the Microtech MTX-8 for over $1000
I can buy it from dyson or dalton in AUS for $600

I'ma waitin by the phone.....

Rob said he would call today with the final price...

If it isn't a good price, then the best definite price I've got is $960 for ECU (NON terminated harness - flying lead) and 3-bar MAP sensor.

I promise we'll know today...sorry for it taking so long guys....

The non terminated harness does not include the sensor end connectors. It would require the connector kit.

can someone point out the difference between the terminated and flying lead harness. or perhaps a website or something. i know that the flying lead you basicallly have to build yourself. but does the terminated use your stock engine harness? does it come prebuilt for our cars or what? also will the gb come with a 4 wire o2?

The flying lead is basically just a bunch of wires. You need all the sensors, and connectors. You basically have to hard wire everything yourself. The fully terminated harness has the wires all bundled up nice and neat, labeled, and wraped in some plastic ****. Comes with all the connectors and sensors built in. The only real disadvantage to the fully terminated harness is you can't mount the ECU anywhere you want. The alternative to both is using the factory wiring harness, which Styk33 did, and has instructions outlined on his website ricemobile.net

Also, the GB will come with the 4-wire O2.

[BEGIN RANT]

Okay guys....this delay is pretty much out of my hands now...and I'm pretty ******* pissed off. Any of you ever worked in customer service?? Well, if you have please try and get a job as a Haltech distributor....CAUSE THESE GUYS ******* SUCK ***!

Its absolutely riduculous. Its like these guys DONT WANT to sell 10 units, ****...even one! I've called, I've called again, I've emailed, I've called again, I've emailed again, and guess what....I even tried CALLING them! And it's not just ONE guy. There's like 4 places that I was interested in...they initially said this and that, but after the first email....NOTHING. No contact WHATSOEVER!

[/END RANT]

But please dudes, don't bail out....we're gonna get this thing and were gonna get it right....if its the last ******* thing I do before I die....it will be making this GB successful....

before you rush out and by great piles of terminated harnesses, talk to the guys who have been running one for a year or more, you'll change your mind and will all be wanting flying looms. the sensors come with the ECU or the flying loom i'm not sure what

i got
ECU
Flying loom
connector kit
boost control solenoid
3 bap MAP sensor

and somewhere along the line one of thoses contains the sensors

Hes right, from what I've read the Haltech terminated harnesses are poorly made. People out there have run into problems because of the harnesses falling apart on them. Take it apart inspect all the connections and resolder if need be.

On a side note has anyone out there have any experience with the Haltech Trim **** for Fuel/timing adjustments? Is it handy tuning tool to justify its price?
