Exclamation Halleffect for FD-REW, I need help....

SO this is my last straw with the E6k, no matter what I try, no matter how I route the harness, no matter how good the shielding is I’m still getting breakup @ 7100 rpm, loaded or unloaded. Long story short my trigger and pickup are TRUE to the haltech shielded wire, fresh crimps on new pins in the factory connectors, shielded within in 1cm of the connectors, and I carefully peeled back shielding enough to cover the home pickup without any splices or breaks in the harness. I have removed every pin from the E6k ecu connector I am not using, all ignition signals route as far from the pickups as possible. Tried with different plugwires, msd box in/out, tried different brands of plugs and all 9’s, tried leaning and richeing cells. Alternator connected and disconnected, gains at 0, 1, 2 ,3…. Ground true on 8awg to the battery, you name it…nothing works

After the last disappointment Jim gave Ari a call and he suggested this as I had while chatting b4 we called him. I understand it all, but need help with the wheel. RXTASY57 has a Hallsetup w/o wheel for sale. Problem is I have a FD, so REW front cover/pulley and I need to setup (buy) a pulley with the magnets.
Bad part is Pan-Ams are this weekend and it looks near impossible for me to be ready, my maps are crispy to 7k the car pulls hard!, and that’s all…. Need some help, for the $ ive wasted at the dyno, rewiring, trying different things I could have upgraded to a ecu not plagued with noise issues.
Is it easy to setup the magnets? What magnets to use? The explanation in the e6k manual makes sense but seems like theres not enough pickup points,
HELP!

You'll need an aluminum surround to embed the magnets in. With the FC that's easy, just use an RB pulley. With the FD there is at least one aluminum pulley, but I'm not sure if there is enough meat there to set the magnets.

You'll need to spot the pulley in two spots EXACTLY 180* apart. Any variance here shows up as ignition slop. I have a bull nose mill that I use and a jig for the RB pulleys, never tried one for an FD. The spots need to be deep enough to very slightly recess the magnet and have just enough clearance to allow some epoxy into the spot to hold the magnet.

The alignment is not dead critical, but you just can't put the magnets anywhere. You'll want the #1 magnet to align with the sensor when the crank is at about 60* BTDC #1. So, figured out where you're going to mount the sensor. It can go literally anywhere. When you have it mounted, roll the crank over to 60* BTDC #1. Mark the spot on the pulley that is directly under the sensor at this point. This is where the #1 magnet will go. The #2 magnet will be exactly 180* opposite.

Get the magnets and sensor from Haltech. They have the only 2-channel sensor I know off. You'll need one S3 sensor and two magnets. PM me for a quote.

I like the RACE bolts! Brass will work fine though. Any non-ferrous surround.
