Overall I am pleased with my V-mount.

I had to wait twice as long as I was quoted. In the end, not the end of the world. Other than the summer heat coming, I was not fighting any deadlines.

I am with Jason, but I'd hate to see defined stop selling these (although, i have mine so i guess it doesnt really matter; lol).

Halfbridge, to your point, they could hire someone minimum wage to manage their office side of things. $8-10/hr for 20-25hr a week would give them 5-6hr a day to have set call hours, and receive/verify deliveries, and make shipments. It doesnt take a rotary specialist to handle that. Although, when there were shipment mistakes, Logan said something to the effect of "did they pack it well/I'm sorry those guys forgot that" so maybe he has some part time help already.

Its fortunate and unfortunate how successful they are. They should embrace it and do what it takes to grow.

Also, I was a little disappointed in the AC brackets.

Apparently there are 2 different styles of condensers. I have a style different from the style Defined used to mock up the brackets, so the $120 extra brackets wont work for me.

When I told them about this, he kinda shrugged it off with a "thats odd, havent seen that before."

Like I said, ultimately I am pleased with the V-mount. The meat and potatoes of the kit are really nice.

They post regularly on their 20b built thread. I guess he just don't care about the customers.

I'd just like the product i paid for, or my 1585 back that i sent over almost 5 months ago. Its very frustrating to me since i ended up having to buy another complete setup to put on my car since i was unable to get my hands on this setup in a reasonable time frame.

just because this company doesn't actually screw people over, doesn't meant that they should still be allowed to run groupbuys like this. i mean, what did you guys expect?

Hello everyone, I know its been a long time. We are in fact discontinuing the v-mounts. They work very very well, but we are just not able to complete parts and customer cars and clean the shop, answer emails, etc etc in a timely manner. Something has to give, so all part production is stopping.

Once we can get reliable employees and pre-build what we offer, the kits might be re-released.

The a/c brackets fit one style offered on the FD, and there is another which is entirely different. We will not be making brackets for this version. For the few that unfortunately had this other style, we will be giving you a $150 credit for any work, services or items you may want. Even parts that are no longer made. Sorry again for this we had no idea.

We are down to just a couple kits left to ship. We went in order of who has waited the longest and now are in the final stretch. Our communication is terrible, we are aware of that. We take an insanely long time to finish some items, we are aware of that too. This is another reason the parts are all discontinued.

Jason94R2 I give my sincere apologies. It is complete and will be shipping out monday. Or if you want to post it for sale now we can send directly to the new buyer.

There is a million reasons why this takes so long but no need to state them. All I can say is running a business of this scale with only two guys has made us into the bad guys from the long waits. We are trying to re-structure and remove the excess fat to become more efficient and the v-mounts have been the first on the chopping block.

Thanks to everyone that did wait and purchased our kits. If there is ever any issue with them feel free to contact us and we will always be here to help.

I run my own business also. I understand how little time there really is in just 24hrs.(for anyone that doesnt own a small business, thats how long our work days are)

You can send it to me, i keep kicking around keeping it in the corner in case i max out my thermal abilities of the fluidyne and have no option but to go v-mount.
