Just a headsup to the other 79 participants in this group buy:

I spoke with Elliot yesterday as it had come up on the ETA of my kit and he told me there have been some delays in shipping out the EFRs from Borg Warner. There have also been some changes to the 3" downpipe manufacturer, with welds and finalization to be carried out in-house. The rest of the kit apart from the turbo and downpipes are good to go

Did I get that all right Elliot? Just want to keep it all transparent, and that might save you and Shawn some additional phone calls from the community

When I spoke to Shawn last I think he said there is something like 25 of us still waiting on delivery and that they've had issues with both BW and their fabricator. I think BW is claiming delivery sometime in Feb. at this point.

We are checking daily on the turbo charger's. The 7670 orders will be filled first based on what we are being told for availability and then the 8374's. Currently there is 9 individuals that are paid in full. Those individuals will get their turbo's first. The downpipe raw material should finally be here next week from what we have been told so we will be sending all of the paid in full individuals their first shipment.

I'm curious what was the break down of the 80 kits number of 7670, 8384,9174, 9180 setups ordered?

A rough idea is:

8374 - 65%
7670 - 30%
9174/9180 - 5%

There could be plus or minus 10% on the 8374/7670 numbers

Hello guys just bought a EFR 8374! Went with all 4 inconel heat shields. Went with 3.5" DP and turbo smart WG actuator and BOV cover.

Sadly can't install until 2018 since Im having a addition built with larger garage and lift.

I was # 79 so 1 more spot left! Lets see who gets it.

This group buy is now over.

Of the 80 kits sold in this particular group buy, 37 are left to be shipped.
We have a new supplier for the mandrel bends who has just shipped us the remaining parts to make the down-pipes here in house. I have also slightly revised the down-pipe jig once again. We have the rest of the parts here( lines, filters, manifolds, gaskets, etc etc)

After this week all the parts we supply for these remaining kits will be finished( full turbo kits less the turbochargers). The turbochargers have been on back order from BW for quite some time, and we are suppose to be getting an updated ETA on the remaining paid in full 7670 kits. I was told we will have an update today( just waiting on a shipping confirmation). If all goes to plan we will be shipping out the paid in full 7670 kits this week.

We were last told on friday that the 8374 T4 IWG turbochargers will be available at the end of Feb.

A formal email is going to be sent out to everyone who has put down a deposit and waiting.

It will be 6 more weeks before we have our next batch of cast EFR IWG manifolds for those who missed out on this group buy. We are not planning on doing another group buy on these however.

I found we have 2 more manifolds left, so we have 2 more spots still. When we did the count it did not take into account 2 kits that were already boxed with manifolds inside....

That is a 3 inch complete unit. All the parts for the 3.5 inch and 4 inch are not pictured.

I get back from vacation Friday and will finish these up by end of next week.
