If the plates have caster adjustment, that'd be awesome. Not much caster options for that in the FC

Hey everyone! We're still hard at work at getting these kits into production. For transparency sake, we have been running into issues with what components for McPherson strut cars that Ohlins will sell to their engineering partners. I.E., there's more engineering involved on our side of things than there is with all of the other suspension kits that we make for other cars. This hasn't changed anything other than how long it'll take us to get these on the market. For every new component, we have to design, prototype, and test, before they go into production. As you can probably imagine for something as critical as suspension components, we have an OEM level of quality standards and we gotta make sure that every small, individual piece meets them.

Our current ETA for release is going to be Q1 of 2024. As it sits right now, we're definitely on track to have the first batch ready for sale by then.

We'll make sure to keep everyone posted on the updates as the development comes along!

This is great news! Thank you for updating us. I have been kicking around the idea of buying some Aragostas but if these are for sure going to produced by Ohlins I’ll definitely wait.

Will all versions be available? Track, street and touring?

The kit would be produced by SakeBomb ... we are actually Ohlins engineering partner here in the US, and operate an Ohlins Motorsports Authorized valving, and service center, as well as manufacturing many custom Ohlins kits for many platforms. Check out FPSpec.com (our engineering division) for more info on shocks.

I am also interested in a GT or Street set + camber/caster plates. I loved the ClubSport setup I had on my ND Miata and hope that this would give me the same performance bump on the handling side. Probably more since it'll be replacing blown out 30-year-old shocks

Over 6 months since the last reply; Q1 2024 has come and gone.

I just bought Parts Shop Max Pro Coilovers instead for half of what the Öhlins would have gone for if they ever came out.

Unless you see a new post for pre-orders, I think these aren’t going to be happening any time soon.

It’s just my weekend car, but it rides pretty nicely on smooth surfaces. There is definitely increased NVH over stock, but it’s not egregious (I’d say it’s about average for most coilovers). It’s probably too stiff if you have really rough roads around you, but I’m still dialing in the dampers for what ride I want. That’s the bummer about having no Öhlins option, since the DFV technology does wonders for having a car that can really go Jekyll and Hyde just by turning ***** on the dampers a few clicks. They were fabulous on my Miata.

If you want something more comfortable, you’ll probably have better luck with a set of KYB AGX shocks and some softer springs if other threads on the forums here are to be believed.
