I totally thought I'd have it done by x-mas last year, but then I was getting flack from the wifey and had to have a x-mas for our selves. I'm just finializing things on the kit making sure that the radiator section will be the same in between all three intercoolers so it will be easier for someone to upgrade their core f they want to. This way they do not have to buy the whole kit, you can just buy the I/C section.

I'm busy with alot of stuff and there is only me running Rotary Extreme, I just need a little more time.

Thanks, Ben

Seriously, Thank you for posting that so that others will understand why things take time to do it right.

You have just received a $25 off discount on any rotary extreme product which can be used at anytime and on any sale and on any special.

This post serves as your receipt of that.

Stock turbo vmount is pretty much done but holding off on photos untill the track and monster vmount is done. All intercoolers will work with the same rad and a/c set-up. So if yoiu want to upgrade all youll need is a different intercooler. This kit is a major PITA to teardown the stock stuff to install the brackets and what not, but when its all done the kit is solid as hell. You will need a full weekend to do it.

Yes, Just waiting on my intercoolers to be welded by the fabricator. He has them right now. I did the mock up initially with the stock radiator and when I threw the bigger (thicker) koyo in there it threw off my I/C mounting points.

No biggy. I just have to modify the upper support bracket for the radiator and change the I/C core angle just a teeny weenie bit.

Believe me, I want to get this thing done asap, But I do not wled aluminum myself nor do I have the equipment to bend the endtanks the way I want them so this has to be out sourced.

LOL no payments sorry.

But it will be released in a GB. That will be the best way to get it. Also I will need full payment up front.

There will also be option like buy the kit at list price and get a free hood damper kit.
Buy the kit at GB price and get free shipping in the lower 48 states.

There will be a couple option. Yopu can also probaly get it at GB price with battery and get free hood dampers but you pay shipping.

Anyways, when it is released it will be released with the vmount kit, hood dampers and battery kit deals.

That is the only way I can make it to save everyone the most money and still build these kits.

Everything comes polished and you can chose between red, blue or black hoses.

Again the kit is 100% complete and you will not need to buy anything or modify some **** to make it work other then what is in the insructions.

I am already on revision 3 on my side of the design.

This kit will be released already tested and fitted. All components used are already tested and proven in the industry.

You get what you pay for.

Again for the fan controller sensor. It will be a bolt in sensor into a welded bung on the radiator and not one of those probes you push through the fins.

I am also using a Koyo S4 radiator for the kit for both S4 and S5 cars. It has some nice features to it that the S5 did not have from Koyo. The core is over 2inch thick and it is from their racing division.

I must have this, sounds like a great buy. Hoping by the time you have them ready I'll have enough saved and get in on the group buy.

Well I need to finish it soon for many reasons but most of all I want to thank Nader (funkspectrum) for the donor car all this time.

So Thank you Nader very much and I am sorry it has taken this long and to everyone else also. It has been more expensive and involved then I had initially though to R&D this. But like I said many times, it will be a complete kit with everything you need with minimal ducting. There are many ways ducting can be done so that Is why I am just providing the part the is attached to the vmount set-up. I will have brackets welded onto the assembly so that you guys can have a point to attach some of your ducting too.

Ohh I've been waiting for this! My motor is blown pretty much because I got lazy + did an FMIC instead of doing a VMIC like I wanted to from the beginning. I'm really excited that you're almost done. Put me in for the group buy! Either track or monster.

Very basic ducting will be included where the section is between the rad and i/c on the sides and on top where the I/C meets the rad. There are aftermarket bumpers that people will have so they will need to make the ducting to get it to the bumper. I will need to see how everything pans out once 100% complete to see how universal I can make the ducting. I would like to get something going to at least upto the reinforcement bar.

Should be out in another 2 months. 100% complete in design. Small vmount for stock turbo is 100% complete. Track (medium) and Drag (high power) vmount end tanks just need finalizing.

I am not going to release final photos until everything is polished and I have my company stamp over the photos.

Target price is still 2k for eack kit although the stock turbo vmount may be a little more because it has additional piping. About as much as a front mount intercooler.

Hood dampers are 155.

The kit will be a tight fit. The radiator still sits at the same angle as the stock one ( just reversed) believe it or not so you know you will not have issues with cooling in that aspect.
