Wow!!! You are so dramatic. I already apologized for the bolt in the letter and sent 5 dollars as a refund for the cost of the bolt (if he money was not in the box then someone is going thru your mail); it is the dealer’s job to order parts on all their line up no matter the age. And yes you tone does dictate how you are treated by others.
Get over it, I am sure anyone you speak with will agree that 5 bucks for the bolt should be more than ample and an apology should be enough to shrug of the inconvenience. It’s not like I went out of my way to try to rip you off or **** you off.
I’m done with this, it’s all too much for me for $35 bucks minus $5 for the bolt minus money for shipping and of course gas. BTW I bought the bracket for my car for 25.00 but decided not to use it so you do the math
You have way too much energy (go get laid, I’m sure you will feel all better when you are done)!
Life is too short.

basically this is his message to me because i complained that i couldn't find the package that he sent to me. i couldn't find the package because he shipped my parts in a used garbage bag box, and of course the label was facing the floor( so i would assume that it was my parts.) i happened to find it on top of the garbage cans outside. luckily nobody threw it out. when i opened it i inspected the parts and he included a note apologizing because it was missing a very crucial bolt. (the tensioner bolt for the a/c bracket.) he also claims that he put 5$ in with the note for any inconvenience. except i didn't find the money. and we all know the post men open packages that are wrapped in garbage bag boxes because it surely has money in it. score! five dollars! what a payday for the post man. i don't even care about the bolt or the money so much, it's the fact that he shipped me parts in what appeared to be garbage. to me that seems that he didn't care about the business transaction enough to package the item properly. does anyone go to McDonalds and find their food wrapped in crumpled tin foil? the cost of a value meal is only a fraction of what i paid for parts and i can get better service from some pimple faced kid. every forum member that has sent me parts has had the decency to purchase a good container to ship it. they didn't have to, it's just common courtesy and shows good business ethics. basically if he treats his parts like junk, it probably is junk!
