I bought a turbo from him that he thought was a good core to be rebuilt. I disassembled the turbo found that the turbine had been damaged due to apex seal failure. I spoke with him about it and we came to an agreement to refund some of the purchase price.

I was, still able to use the compressor side as both my turbine and compressor wheels where damaged. I am now one step closser to getting my car back on the road. I recomend jp13b to anybody looking at doing business whit him.
