It seems like every ******* post in Good guy Bad guy section is about some dipshit who gets angry cause something got lost in the mail... If its tremendously important or expensive ask for the seller to quote you delivery insurance, otherwise just ask for a delivery receipt and then if they have it post that while the mishap is unfortunate the seller did his part... This is why companies like Mazdatrix require shipping insurance: because they were tired of people dragging their name in the dirt when something wasn't their fault... If you don't like the risks of sending it through the mail get insurance or drive to pick it up

I`am going to lose $80.00, By leaving work tomarrow at 1:00 p.m. to see WTF is going on, I did call the place i shipped it out from and they told me they were told from fed ex, That they`d sent a rep to invesigate the package missing. And that they would call me back personally and exp[lain what happened, Guess what I have never got the call And when i called the place at 4:30 p.m. that i shipped it out from to see if fed ex called them instead of me, Those bastards wouldn`t even pick up the phone, All i got was a answering machine, If i don`t get some satifaction tomarrow, I`ll put the ph# of the place i shipped it out from on here and you cancall them and bitch to them also.

Angry

I have a question though...

If you don't want this thread to sound misleading to other potential buyers/ sellers, why the hell are you posting this up on the thread and not doing this through PM's?

Every shipping company screws up from time to time. I have lost packages through DHL, FedEx, USPS and UPS. None of them are any better. They all screw up from time to time. That is life and that is what insurance is for. Oh, and if you have to go through insurance on a FedEx claim, expect 7-10 day wait time to get your check.

Also, on a side note, I wonder if the forum could institute a spell check/ grammar check feature or at least have people use it!!!!!

FedEx has also lost my PSP...

So, that's 2 things in a row.
only time I've ever used FedEx with this year, last year they lost a Guitar Hero controller and a watch.

UPS has never shipped my package late, and that obviously means they've never lost it. UPS USPS ftw.
Go with brown. haha

If you read through the whole thing, you'd know that it was lost, I apologized to the seller, and we're still on good terms.

He's sent my refund via; Money Order, due to his account being low on PP and not take the time to transfer, then send it back to me...

Everything's settled for the most part, I'm sad that I didn't get the part, and mad that FedEx lost it.... :/ But what can 'ya do? :/

Thanks again, drama.

You need to find out who moderates this section and ask them to edit your original post and the title with this update, then lock the thread.

He's refunding my money right now as I've stated before.
He's a good guy, I'd recommend him to anyone. Just... ask him to ship through UPS or something. hehe <3

Seemed he could talk his way out of anything, and seemed really nice to get out...

Well, months and months later, I finally remembered "Hmm, wasn't I supposed to get a check from this guy because he didn't want to refund it on PayPal?"

months later, still not here... PM'd and no replies, emailed, no replies...

If he can't show the $50 was pulled out, then he still owes me my money. haha stressin him for $50 that is months passed due... how much of is interest on THAT?

weak. >,>

^No ****.... XD

"Well, I'll let you know when the check should be there"
"Okay, should be there soon, let me know when you're going to use the check"

One thing missing.... "I'll let you know if the amount comes out b/f you tell me you used it, just in case someone else gets it and withdraws the money" ish...

Heh.
