NA automatic conversion to T2 jdm manual problem starting

Ok we just got everything swaped over in my 89 to the jdm motor trans ect. we can not seem to get it to even pop. but cranks well S5 -> S5 jdm nothing crazy
compression tested via audible method ... good
spark present
8 v at the fuel pump
tried my known good NA ecu instead of the n374 jdm to get it to start and still no pop
we had to use the NA auto harness though as the jdm one wasnt getting spark or fuel.
did a deflood procedure still nothing
cleaned spark plugs up nice and shiny like still nothing.

list of current parts as some of the t2 stuff isnt here yet
using NA n350 Map. (i know but i figured it should at least be able to start the car)
using NA AFM (t2 afm and map on the way)
NA automatic harness.
have performed a full emissions removal
split air valve the one that bypass's the turbo up by the air box isnt here yet so have its tube pluged atm. i am officially stumped atm only thing i can think of is the injectors.

Did you bridge the wire for the Neutral safety switch / inhibitor switch?

Im betting you have the fuel feed and return lines hooked up backwards. The Jdm engine feeds fuel and returns fuel opposite of USDM. Simply switch the 2 rubber hoses around and now fuel can get to the injectors..
