Low compression on one face

Morning all, i did a compression test yesterday on my 93 FD which hasn't started for around 14 months. The day before the test i put a few oz of ATF in the rotors and left over night. Before i did the test i cranked the engine over alot to get rid of it. Rotor 1 was all good, but rotor 2 doesn't seem to be happy. To start with all 3 faces showed 60ish PSI. After redoing it several times and doing another round of ATF it came up to around 110 on 2 faces and 70-75psi on the other.

Any suggestions? If its just a stuck seal will it free itself when its upto temp? Will it even start with one face being that low? Cant check at the moment as i'm converting to Haltech coils and currently making the harness for it.

Thanks!

Sounds like one of the side seals on that rotor is still stuck. I'd give it another round or two with the ATF before trying to start it. Probably won't hurt it if you try to start it as-is, assuming all else is well with the motor (i.e., fuel & ignition), though it might idle rough with the 1 stuck side seal.
