I vote for the suspension arms!
I just don't know how big the market will be these.

A set of tubular arms with replaceable ball joints and long-lasting bushings at the body side would be great. Rubber bushings would be my preference, but urethane might have additional marketability as no one makes urethane bushings for the FD. Delrin/nylon or rod ends wear too fast for a street car, IMO, so I would be put off if the arms were only available with these types of bushings.
Coil-overs with less-stiff springs would be nice, too. I haven't looked at the JIC rates specifically, but most coil-overs come with springs that are WAY too stiff for my tastes. The car is a lot easier to drive (= enjoyable) and more comfortable (for all those street miles between lapping days) with relatively soft springs. I'm not suggesting super-soft springs, but 450-550 lbs/in front and 350-450 lbs/in rear is plenty stiff.

Replacement control arms for the FC with heim joints front and rear, solid strut tower bars, as opposed to the ones with joints (allow for more flex), coilovers with external resivours, canteleiver suspension upgrade for the FC and FD front and rear (I could probably come up with a sketch of what I'm thinking of for the fronts). All suspension parts (excluding heim joints, which should be standard size and steel) made of aluminum alloy to keep weight (sprung and unsprung especially) to a minimum. I know not many people would buy this stuff due to price to make, but I'm thinking from the top end racer's point of view (money is no object).
