Innovative LC-1 wideband with PLX device gauge?

I want to put a permenant install gauge and wideband O2 setup in my car and also have analog outputs for datalogging (I plan to get a datalogit in the future). The Innovatice LC-1 seems perfect for my needs, but the gauge itself is pretty expensive (200). PLX Devices offers a gauge for their wideband controllers at much less. Would it be possible to use the PLX gauge and the Innovative LC-1? I'm assuming the gauges are calibrated to read a 0-5V output, so they should be very similar and hopefully compatible. Can anyone see any reason why the Innovative gauges are so expensive? More/better features or something?
