You don't need a puller. A few gentle taps with a hammer will loosen it

Okay, real simple on most cars (I have a 1st gen, so it may be a little different).

The 10 AE doen't have an airbag, right? Otherwise I'd not touch it, personally.

Asuming no airbag, all you gotta do is pull off the plastic/rubber center cap... GENTLY, you don't want to brake it...

Under that you should see a BIG nut in the middle. Unbolt it (it'll be real stiff).
Chances are the steering wheel still still be stuck. A couple GENTLE taps with a hammer on the back of the wheel around the outside should loosen it.

Carefully clip or disconnect the horn wires and remove the wheel.

The hub goes on the same way the same way the wheel came off. Place it on the steering collumn, tap it down gently.
Re-install the nut (nice and tight).

Connect the horn wires, bolt the wheel on. snap the center cover back on.

Done!
