Help me! Installed FMIC...No boost, oem temp gauge pegged

I installed my FMIC today along with my Peter Farrell PMS.

I got everything together..it started right up. I got out and checked the gauges like 3-5 min after I started it and the temp gauge was pegged all the way up at like 11 o clock?

I looked around and didn't see anything wierd. I jiggled the 2 grounds on the front bumper support and the wire in the thermostat housing and all the harnesses around the front of the car but the guage didn't move. I drove around the block and turned around and came back. No boost. I can hear the turbos spool but they aren't boosting. The temp gauge would jump around when I would give it throttle? I hit a big bump on the way back and the temp gauge went to its normal position and as soon as I gave it throttle it pegged again and started jumping.

Thinking that the PMS was fucked up I unplugged it and went for another quick spin. Same problems as before.

I have a feeling that the no boost issue is due to a loose coupling on the IC piping, But what the hell is up with the temp gauge being pegged but moving when you give it gas?

Somebody help me, please.

P.S. I searched and didn't find anything under temp gauge.

Did you have to remove the radiator to install your FMIC? If so, I think the first thing to check is if you have air in the system. Just because you filled it up, doesn't mean there isn't air.

Fill up
Start car
Add more water
when it stops taking water, rev it a little to try to see if it gets hot
if it gets hot, turn off.

Go back to step 1 (FILL UP)

When you are ABSOLUTELY sure it just can't fit in any more water... then look elsewhere. I thought that I had mine full when I put in a new radiator... it still took another gallon of water after that!

I got it straightened out. The coolant sensor was grounding to the rotor housing.
